EFT and hypnosis for anxiety
Skipper_K posted:
As a hypnotherapist who has worked with anxiety clients in the past, I know that EFT (a technique that uses tapping on acupuncture points) is an effective way to rid yourself of anxious/repetitive/unproductive thoughts. You can find tutorials on EFT by going to and searching EFT for anxiety. Hypnosis is also helpful because it works on the subconscious part of your mind to change the way you think on a day to day basis and give your conscious and subconscious parts of your mind the tools to get out of the "thinking rut" an anxious mind gets into. I wish you all the best.
