For those of us who may be suffering from anxiety, different types of phobias, and/or OCD, my tip of the day is for all of us to look at our anxieties, phobias , and/ or OCDs in the face and say: "Thank you for your beauty!" I believe that if we can begin to find the beauty in our lives, we will be able to cope a lot easier. Never give up!!!!!
