I don't have asthma so I'm not sure how it feels, but I'm sure my daughter is miserable. She is 10 years old and can't quit coughing. Now she has thrown up 4 times. I think it's just from the coughing, She has used her inhaler but it doesn't seem to be helping. Is this a time I should be taking her in to the hospital?

Hi katecrow

Sorry it took awhile for someone to apply. How is your daughter feeling now? I have cough variant asthma so I tend to constantly cough also, I go in if I am unable to speak more than a few words at a time, my rescue inhaler stops working or I am becoming extremely exhausted. If you feel she needs to go in don't hesitate to take her. I have coughed until I have thrown up its not fun.
Let me know how it is going.
