Car Exhaust help
avatar
mistertickless posted:
Hello, I recently got a job working at a border crossing. Unfortunately most of the day entails breathing thick, unmoving car exhaust despite working outside. I was wondering if there any precautions or anything I can do to fight against any negative symptoms it may cause? Any vitamins or supplements that might help?

HI, you could pre-treat with your inhaler or wear a mask. It really sounds like that is not the best job fit for your health issues. You should be somewhere with cleaner air.
