    asthma and sleeping
    mustanggirl302 posted:
My 8 year old son has asthma, he is 112 pounds, and almost 5 feet tall so he is a bigger kid. I was wondering if anyone knows if my son can take melatonin for bed at night?? He has a hard time getting to sleep, he is on singular in the morning, and cetrazine at night for his asthma and allergies. I would like to find some way to get him to sleep faster at night. I know of other people who give their kids melatonin at night, I just want to be sure that with his asthma he will be okay to take this. Please let me know.... Thank you sincerely Christina
