I'm searching for answers about coverage and cash price. Responders here have said cash would be between 17K and 50K (!) but I'm curious if anyone has actually paid cash themselves and were given some type of 'discount off of sticker price.' Also, although insurance is supposed to cover it, I'm curious if anyone has had luck getting their plan to cover it. From what I've seen, there are only 2 tiny plans in MI and MN that will cover it, and then under very, very limited circumstances. Curious if anyone has had success with the BCBS, Aetnas or Uniteds of the world.
