Research Study on Asthma and Mindfulness Techniques

Hello Asthma Community!

This is my first time here and I hope it's okay for me to post this, but I conduct research with a lab at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts that is investigating how mindfulness techniques may reduce symptoms of asthma. I am part of Professor Ellen Langer's lab (our website:
