    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

    We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

    And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Hey all;Went through the last 12days of *&^% and still not back to myself as of yet. And still on prednisone for another 11days before getting into the specialist, who opened up a spot just for me, which makes me wonder
    well, be repeating breathing tests as well as chest X-rays.
    so I have done all the tests, what is next? Is it just a matter of finding the right controllers. Already on Symbicort (4puffsx2day), Singulair (1aday), Ventolin (which at this time can be anywhere from 2x a day to 4x a day - so yeah no much control). Is there other tests that might occur?
    Just curious, just trying to figure out what might be
    Thanks All;

    Hi All;Just wanted to write a bit of a note. After 3wks of being off, I have been approved to go back to work, modified and shortened hours but at least back to work.
    Still not totally sure what happened, other than a possible viral infection. I do think thats what it is but what bothers is that now any time I get a touch of something is it going throw everything out of whack and send me to hospital?? I hope not
    Still on prednisone for another 16days. And still high doses of symbicort. But no Ventolin for a few days too. And told not to use the adrovent anymore, which is just fine with me, horrid stuff!!
    So fingers crossed that things go well
