I am a smoker, have been for about 15 years. I have not increased my ddaily habit. And I have been diagnosed with bronchitis. I have had a tightening of my lungs lately that almost feels like a nicotine craving, it happens in the mornings and gets better in the evenings. I usually have a cigarette on my way to work and I've noticed that this doesn't affect the feeling in my lungs. I always feel like I need a smoke. Can anyone tell me if this is to do with my bronchitis, could it possibly be asthma? My dr seems to think I have both.....
