I had an awful time trying to figure out what my triggers were. Aside from the horrible coughing, runny nose and neverending headaches, i would occasionally have spontaneous nosebleeds. My symptoms were worse at work....a retail store. It seems that I am sensitive to the chemicals used in the finishes on the clothing. If I stay out of clothing stores, I have very few symptoms.
