Some natural things that are helpful to me are magnesium, omega 3, garlic, grapefruit, spicy food (which helps break up the mucus), an anti imflamatory diet, deep breaths through the nose as suggested in one of Dr. Oz's books, a little steam sometimes, vicks or ben gay on my chest, and the most important is my air purifier. None of these things are cures, but they all seem to help.
