Sorry it has been a while. It was a busy week. Charlie Victoria arrived on July 9, 2010 at 4:25pm. She was a whopping 7lbs 3oz, and 19 3/4 inches long. She was born at 36w1d. Overall, she is wonderful! She's a great eater and hasn't had many "preemie" issues, so we are so incredibly blessed. The weight was a little misleading because of the steroids and she also had some amniotic fluid in her abdomen which can be a problem with preemies. She had some gagging issues and on Saturday, she started gagging and stopped breathing, turned purple, etc. Jeremy and I almost had a heart attack. The nurse got in there and pumped her stomach. She said that most babies have that but can take care of it themselves . . . because Charlie is 4 weeks early, she wasn't able to take care of it. It should be over now . . . But it was terrifying at the time. And when we took her home yesterday she weighed 6lb6oz which they said is because of that fluid and some bloating from the steroids. I will do a birth story soon . . . I just wanted to update you ladies. All your support through this pregnancy (especially the last 10 weeks) has meant the world to me. I hope all of your little ones are doing wonderfully. I also hope I can stick around even though Charlie is here.

I'm going to try to post some pictures. Rylie is doing great with her . . . So much fun!! I will be on again tomorrow and have time to get updated on everything. Thanks again for the amazing support!
