Alright I know all you seasoned moms know this already but for those of us that didn't like me:

If you are BFing your LO in the first 2 weeks try not to give them a bottle it will only cause confusion. If a bottle is absolutely necessary have someone else feed it to your LO so that they don't get confused as to your role in how they eat.

Also If you have WIC contact your WIC office as soon as you can and let their BFing consultant know that you have had your baby and are BFing they will provide you with a Pump to help free of charge all you'll have to do is see the BF consultant whenever you go to WIC.

Also if pumping try to pump after your LO has fed oddly enough you'll usually pump more milk that way and baby gets as much as they need.

we use one for our little girl only for diaper changes and baths mostly she doesn't want one. If you can avoid giving it to them if they seem hungry then thats your safest bet.

I breastfed and used a pacifier, and I think the Soothie pacifiers are best when breastfeeding because they are elongated like a nipple. Hope that helps!
