Just wanted to check and see who is still checking in. I am not giving up on the board yet. I want to turn this board into a parenting board and will see about having it listed there. Tons of hugs to all and give me an update on how you (and LO if they are here) are doing.
Tons of hugs and prayers to all!!!
Oh and if you are on FB and we are not friends, please add me!!!

I am doing okay. Since we spent 4 days in the NICU, I didn't heal as I should have, so that has been a pain in the butt (literally..lol). I am going to start excercising and walking this week. I've lost 20 pounds pg weight, but still have a long way. Plus I'm addicting to anything sweet and that has been a big NO-NO.
Madi Grace is doing great other than having a milk protein allergy. So formula is going to cost around $100 a week. I kinda expected it though since big sis had one, but out grew it. Hopefully we can try her on reg form at 6 mos, but other than that she is doing good. She weighed in last Monday at the pedi at 9lbs 3 oz. She is sleeping from about 11 to 6. She really is a great baby and still has a head full of hair. My angel.. Reese is doing okay, we've had some jealous issues, but she is getting better. Pretty much she just ignores her.
Can't wait to here from everyone!!!
I am almost having to go back to work which SUCKS! Not looking forward to it. I want to stay with her! I have pretty much healed....c section scar is almost invisible and I feel like I can do pretty much anything. I go to the Dr. today for a post partum visit...not the official "fun" one but just a check and I am going to talk to him about exercising. I have lost about 40 lbs mostly due to breast feeding.
Jorja also is having milk allergy issues. I have cut out all dairy from my diet to see if it works. If not...formula here we come. We did try a day of formula and it cause more trouble. She is so constipated! So now we are working on that as well. Doc also thinks she has reflux since she screams during feedings and spits up a bit. So we are giving her Zantac as well. This all erupted within the last week so it was blissful till then. She is 8lbs 8oz at 4.5 weeks which is good since she was 4 weeks early. She is starting to sleep through the night...only woke up once last night then at 4am when DH got up for work.
Hope everyone is doing welll and I hope to see this board continue on. Nicki....I am adding you on FB right now

Alesia is almost 3 weeks old and it seems like just yesterday! So far things are going ok, she is not gaining weight the way the lactition wans her to so I feel like I do nothing but feed her! I have to feed her for 15 minutes on each side then pump fo 15 mintes and feed her about 1/2 oz to an once of what I pump. This takes about an hour everytime I feed her! She still eats every three hours so not much of a break. I am about ready to just pump and bottle feed... Other than that we are great! I have lost 20 lbs so far- love the breast feeding! But I also am more prone to sweets now... I am hoping to get that under control, since I have another 15 to go to get my body back.I hope you turn this into a parenting bored! I feel such a bond with you ladies and hope to keep in touch
Well things were going great till last Friday, when my doc gave me estrogen BC and told me I could take them while BFing. Sadly the pharmacy did not agree and put a huge warning "Do not take while BFing" So now I am trying to get on different BC so I can keep BFing my little girl.
As for Bianka, well she is doing awesome she has gained alot of weight and is about 9.5lbs and is so long she doesn't fit in one arm anymore. She has decided that sleeping at night is not much fun and sleeping during the day is better. Hoping to get a good schedule started soon as I might have a job.
We are doing great! Avery is such a good little boy who only fusses when it's absolutely necessary. He wakes up twice at night to eat and other than that once he's asleep he's asleep! We had a scare with his circumcision with puss but after two days of observation the doctor said it looked to be ok. He still is yellow from the jaundice which I think is slowly starting to get better. We are trying the whole breastfeeding thing but it's not proving to be very successful. For the most part he's formula fed with a couple bottles of breastmilk a day. He hates trying to get the breastmilk himself.
I am still a little sore... I think my stitches are irritating me the most. They are on the inside but they still are itchy and irritated.
Doing well. My c-section recovery this time was waaaaaaay uneventful (thank the LORD!). Alex was 8lb, 5oz when he was born and we had some issues getting his weight up (he lost almost a pound in the hospital), but he's finally at 9 lbs and sleeps from about 11:30-6:00 now. He has a lactose sensitivity which led me to quit the BFing, despite it going SO well...and has a touch of acid reflux. Overall, though, he's a good baby and a GREAT snuggler!!!
I've lost 24 out of 30 pounds (yay!!!) so I'm pleased...I've lost all that in about ... 14 days due to ALL the fluid retention I had after I had Alex. If I don't chill on the sweet stuff I've been craving, I'm gonna gain every bit back.

Hope everyone is doing well!
We are doing great. Irelyn weighted 6lbs. 10 ounces when we left the hospital and as of her last appointment she weighted in at 7lbs 3 ounces. She does wake up twice a night to eat other than that she sleeps quite well and seems like all the time.
I had some stiches from tearing during delivery but pretty much healed. Unfortunately I go back to work as of Monday. If I had my choice I would stay home all the time with Irelyn but I can't. Maybe someday I can be a stay at home mom but not now.

I just posted an update before I saw this. Basically - Charlie is doing really well. She's 9 weeks old and sleeping well!!!
