OMG...MadiG hates WCM (white cows milk). She spits it up and gags. Not to mention that she already has a reflux problem, so when she does spits up it stinks to high heaven. Not sure what to do. We've tried mixing it in her formula and she hates it.

Have you introduced WCM yet and what did you do?

I'm sorry that she hasn't taken to it yet Nicki. Evie loves it. We just slowly started mixing her formula with it and gradually added more milk and less formula until she was completely on cow's milk. She does still spit up pretty often and when she does it's curdled and gross. We haven't found anything that helps her with that...

I hope that you are able to figure something out for her soon.

Hey Taryn. Madi has that gross spit up too and it stinks so bad. Are ya'll taking any reflux meds? The pedi had us on Zantac, but the spitting up doesn't seem to bother her (and this it totally gross), but she will try and eat the spit up (gag..gag) if we don't clean it up. The pedi assured me that the spitting up is normal, but geez, the formula wasn't this bad. She has gotten better about the milk, but now will not take it from a sippy cup, but will take it from a bottle. None of my other kiddos was this hard...lol

How is Miss Evie doing? Is she walking yet? I know when I chatted last she was close.

Evie doesn't seem to have any issues with the spitting up. We haven't had her checked for reflux. I'll have to ask the doc about it because she does spit up an awful lot. She tries to play with it too. So gross!

Evie is walking! It's more like running though. I bet Madi is getting around really well now. Evie is so funny with the little personality she is developing. She loves to read and brings us her books 5-10 times a day. She is getting very attached to me though. If I don't pick her up she gets mad and cries. Or if I am holding her and set her down she will cry. It doesn't matter who is holding her, if she sees me, she wants me. Have any of your children been really attached to you or do you think it's just the age?

Thanks!

Def. age!!! They go through seperation anxiety. Usually last from 1-2yrs of age and hopefully gets better. DD1 at 3yrs now, could care less if I am around, but between 1-2yrs she wouldn't let me out of her sight AND I had to be holding her.

Hang in there....now she is so active..I wish she would just sit with me for a second..lol
