You haven't given much information to go on, but I would really encourage you to try asking your question on our Self Harm Community or on our Depression Community where they have a health expert and a community focused on these subjects.

If any other Autism community members have had any experience in dealing with self harm behavior, please feel free to jump in and share any support you might be able to offer, as well.
