I was diagnosed with Aspergers last year and i was wondering what is the best way to make eye contact and to talk to people without becoming shy

Start by practicing with people you are comfortable with. It would be great if you could practice with someone who knows about your diagnosis.

Once you are comfortable with eye-contact, I would move on to people who are not strangers, but you know.

This is how we taught our four year old with Autism (not Asperger's) to make eye contact and even shake hands with people.
