I was wondering how long after you stated the gummies did you notice a change. It has been a couple of days and I see no difference. I know there may not be any change but was wondering anyway. thanks

Are they the ones with the choline in it? My nephew said he felt better that same day but maybe he was just having one his better days anyway. It probably takes a little while to really build up.
