breaking a confined world view

Hey everyone. I am a 22 year old Aspie and I need some help. I am in college and having an ok time, but there is a problem that I need some help with. I seem to be stuck in a world view of everyone else being responsible for the things I need to do (for example, blaming a park guide for not telling me the supplies I needed to take for a trip while I volunteer, rather than asking myself). This is no way for a young adult to be acting, but I find it such a challenge to take initiative and ask questions and do things I need to do without waiting for others to do them. Can someone please help me?
