    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I take care of an adult with mild autism who has very good days and then when stresses out, he hits his head on the wall, blood mess today, smacks fist on the table. He has been told he cannot visit at home when he has this bad behavior. I take our other residents who I care for on outings...My adult with autism had a very bad day today and now insist I let him go on our next outing even tho he cannot visit his parents this week.. He was banned from going home this weekend to visit family. I say he needs to learn from his mistakes and NOT go with the rest of us this weekend...I'm afraid if I say no, he will injure himself again..How do I deal with this ? Please help. Thanks.
