What are my rights concerning a autistic 10 yr old girl who made false claims against my 13 yr old son that he touched her on her privates? She later said no that this did not happen she also told the child services and the detective who interviewed my son. I feel she should be held accountable for her false accusations towards my son. What can I do on behalf of my son?

The girl is under 18. There is no such thing as "holding her accountable."
