It all started one day when I was jogging and noticed my upper back tightening up. The next day I noticed a pea sized lump apear on the back of my neck on the left side. One then appeard on the right side but went away a few days later. the one on the left has gotten smaller but my neck has been stiff ever since. This has gone on for around a month now. I have no fever or headaches, but I am pretty worried. Any thoughts?
