Is there any back exercises that will help relieve lower back pain that anyone knows about?

Walking is the best exercise for backs. The stronger your stomach muscles are the better they can support your back. Also lay on you stomach, and allow you stomach to sink into the bed so that your back can stretch? all the way. Do this after a hot shower or soak. If taking a shower, put a face towel on your back where it hurts and turn up the hot water and let it soak that towel. It will get your back warm enough to streach

Walking is really the only exercise I can tolerate currently. Does it build back and stomach muscles well? Thanks for the tip about the stretch. No one has really told me how to stretch my back since my fusion 7 months,
