Advice for a new chair to help me when working (I have a herniated disc)

I have a herniated disc in my neck and I want to buy an office chair that will be good for my back and my chair. I work on the computer for many hours at a time.

Curious if anyone has any recommendations?

I'm guessing a neck support would be good, right?

This is the chair I'm considering:

Thanks in advance!
