What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Your opinion on Cervical Kyphosis treatment

I have been suffering from cervical kyphosis for about a year now. I have been seeing a chirpractor for this since October. Besides going to the chiropractor I wear a "head band". Its a piece of material around my head with a pocket in front on my forehead with a one pound fish weight to strengthen my neck. Lately my neck and back are starting to bother me even more and next week we are going to do xrays on my neck and on my spine (which was not done when I began only my neck was done). I am very nervous as to what the results will show on my spine. Has anyone suffered with these issues and what was your best treatment. I just dont know where to go with this. I guess depending on my xrays I will see where to go from there. I would not want surgery unless that would be my only option. Thank you for your input.
