    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I have been suffering from Neck as well as back pain for the last 2-3 years. first about my Neck. It pains and while doing exercises, sounds come out possibly due to vertebra bones. I have been trying various exercises which do reduce the pain but not too much. If I take paracetamol, the pain gets much better but I avoid taking it frequently due to the problem that my Creatinine then goes from 120 to above 144 or so. Any better exercises etc?

Similarly, the back also pains. It does not create problem when I walk but pain starts when I sit. Any better exercises for a situation when the back does not pain while walking?

I am 80 years old otherwise keeping reasonable health. The above pains are moderate and not severe.
