Recommended office chair for herniated disc in neck?

I have pretty bad posture, and I have a herniated disc in my neck, and I work on a computer for long periods of time. I want to get a new chair and am considering the following:

    Freedom chair
because it has a headrest, though the headrest only provides supports when you lean back

    Embody chair
Because it provides so much flexibility

    1. Does anyone have any thoughts on my two choices for my specific condition?
    2. Can anyone make any other recommendations?

    Thanks!

Have you tried a standing desk? I've tried various chairs and desk setups but found that standing has worked best for me and combined with my new LUMOback , it has helped me to improve my posture and reduce my lower back pain. I'm also more alert and more productive! I think that one of those adjustable desks is ideal, but I just have a tall desk and then a high chair to sit in when I need a break from standing.

    Good luck!
