Heidi, you need to get another opinion remember this is not the only doctor in the world.I would suggest either another nero doctor or for sure a pain management doctor. There is no sense in trying to sue him he has done nothing wrong except in your eyes.I understand the frustration at one time I wanted to shoot one of my doctors and I am not kidding he did surgery on me and when it did not turn out he dumped me to fend for myself.I had to return to work for over 3 years and my injury not being job related my work tried to force me out.How and why did you pick this doctor did someone refer you to him?One thing to remember nero doctors for the most part detach themselves from patients because they are over booked and unless they feel they can help you they treat you this way.He is actually doing you a favor although it may be hard to understand what I just said. But stop and think about it if he felt he could help you he would do surgery on you.He is not going to feel out your papers because he has not done anything for you such as surgery. You need to move on to another doctor and hope the next one has better bedside manners. Remember you still have options-other doctors you can see. You do not want to deal with someone such as this doctor he will end up hurting you in the end because I can tell you are in a depressed state of mind from the pain and frustration do to feeling helpless. Take control and if you have to find a good doctor call your MD and ask him who he would send his mother to if she had you problem-I am serious -I can tell this doctor is done with you and basically has told you but your ready to accept it. Dump him and move on I know its hard but it will be worth it ok........I wish you the best

Hi Heidi: I'm a 54 yr old man,I have mulpiple herniated discs, severe stenosis,Etc,Etc.I have been in pain management over 10 years, finally got disabled, but went broke first,& I have been in constant pain.Bad Pain.I was recently dropped off medicaid because I MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY!!!!Ok,all of a sudden I went to paying close to 500$ a month for meds & 150$ for the Dr,couldn,t afford it,had to go off the meds.I started looking for some methods of withdrawal,& I stumbled across Kratom.I am 5 days into no meds, opiates & Xanax, and I am in almost no pain & almost no withdrawal syptoms either.I can't believe it.Google Kratom & look into it.Maybe it will help you.
