hi Thysis and welcome to the support group -

first - what type of doctor have you seen? who ordered the tests to be done?

You do have some issues going on with your lower disc(s) and this could be the reason for the numbness etc you are feeling in your legs. It's best to see either a Orthopedic Spine Specialist or Neurosurgeon Spine Specialist as they are the only ones that can accurately read the film reports and give a proper diagnosis. Once they do this they can offer a good treatment plan.

seeing a good Pain Management will benefit you too. I see a PHYSIATRIST Pain Clinic as they go deeper into pain management control than regular pain clinics.

HI Thysis

Please be sure that this doctor you will see is a Neurosurgeon Spine Specialist - there is a big difference between a Neurosurgeon and Neurologist. I'm afraid you may not get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Let you doctor know that you prefer to see a Neurosurgeon Spine Specialist or Orthopedic Spine Specialist -
