    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Hi and welcome to the support group -

you really haven't given us much to go on as far as the pain, where exactly, what it feels like, what irritates it etc., so there could be a number of reasons this is happening. we are lay people who suffer from chronic spine problems and as WEBMD's guidelines we cannot make diagnosis. Even when we had professional physicians on board they would not do this as they could not examine you.

the best advise is for you to go see your primary care physician - start there and have them examine you - be sure to explain everything. your doc will determine what needs to be done which may include tests of X-ray, etc and depending on what is found will determine on what type of specialist you may need to see.

keep us posted what you find out~~
