Loss of bowel or bladder control can be a sign of a serious problem, especially if you have had butt and leg pain along with it.

I am not a medical professional but in my opinion this would warrant a trip to the ER.

Injury to nerves can become permanent and there is no way to tell when the injury becomes permanent.
