Hi Kevin - welcome to the support group -

I do not have this but thought I would give you this site to research it -

as far as how to get rid of it permanently it might be a good idea to speak iwth your mom's back doctor - which she should be seeing either a Orthopedic Spine Specialist or Neurosurgeon Spine Specialist to determine what kind she has, how bad it is and what treatment options are available for her. only her spine specialist can let you know the answers to this question.

Hope this helps~~keep us posted how she is doing, what the spine specialist says etc.

One thing I must ask is there any kind of herbal treatment for this?

    Hello, Kevin.

    1. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to recommend or even mention any doctor by name in any WebMD community.

    2. Posting a link to a site that sells things like you did is considered an ad and also against the rules in all WebMD communities. You agreed to comply with the Terms Of Service when registering for an account in the WebMD communities. # 1 above and this one are part of those Terms Of Service.

    3. As far as an herbal treatment, many people find success with glucosamine, MSM, magnesium, chondroitin, vitamin D3 plus a few others. You can do an internet search for herbal remedies for back pain.
