mid to lower back pain
lokilovesmischief posted:
Hello everyone, I'm new here..hope to find some help. So since last thursday night I've been having back trouble that I've never experienced before. I'm 29 and have had back pain over the years from being overweight, however in the past few years I've gotten to a healthy weight of 146 at a 5'6" height. I did a bunch of clothing shopping that thursday night and leaving the mall I had a mid to lower back ache that was even worse on the car ride back home. A few days after the pain died down, now it only bothers me when I sit and there's pressure against my mid spine or in the car. In bed it's only a minor annoyance. It doesn't bother me when I'm up and walking around, most of the time, or even performing on stage (I'm a singer) but I notice it gets more annoying when my back muscles tense. The aches in my back tend to favor the left side of my back.

When I'm relaxed it's better. I can't imagine having done anything so horrible to my back that it would last this long. I can however go through the day without taking medicine, I don't feel any pain above a 1 or 2. I take it at ibpro at night and ice randomly throughout the day. All this comes after finding a lump in my left breast earlier in the month which the ultrasound found nothing out of the ordinary though the lump is still there, though smaller, seeing a breast specialist on the 10th of oct. Along with the back discomfort have been feeling random left arm pit aches. Any idea's would help, thanks.
