    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I saw my surgeon yesterday, Jan 3rd.

Apparently I have one parastomal hernia for sure and a second one is trying to make itself present just before that one.

It is so bad she isn't hesitating to do surgery she scheduled it for next Wed. the 8th.

She will try to do a mesh hernia repair - but is afraid from the looks of the Ct-Scan that it will be a open incision. She might also have to relocate my stoma as it has recessed so much that it causes problems.

Joy I will still be praying for you that day as I wrote down you see the pain doctor. I do pray that you get some relief as well. Debbie

    Dear Debs,

Will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. I am sure this is the last news you wanted to hear about your recent medical problems.

I hope the Dr's office is better about their communication in the furture.
