Hello mendy44.

I have very serious problems with my thoracic section. I can only sleep comfortably mostly on my right side, then a little on my left side. Never on my back and definitely never on my stomach. No one should every sleep on their stomach.

In the mean time, you can try ice and/or heat to relieve some of the pain before you try and fall asleep again. Of course, don't sleep on the heating and/or ice pad.

Believe me, I understand all you are going through and more. I pray you can find relief soon.
