Low back pain: Exercises to reduce pain

Thought I'd share some great info!

Exercises that may help reduce or prevent low back pain include:
  • Aerobic exercise, to condition your heart and other muscles, maintain health, and speed recovery.
  • Strengthening exercises, focusing on your back, stomach, and leg muscles.
  • Stretching exercises, to keep your muscles and other supporting tissues flexible and less prone to injury.

Chris - thanks much for providing the link - I just went thru it and there are a lot of great exercises that can benefit people either before surgeries and afterwords -

Great Joy, so glad you looked through it, lately I need these as well, no one told about turning 50! ACK!
So, I wanted to share it with others!

AMEN!!!! I know exactly what u mean - turning 50 plus having 3 more bulging discs which cannot be operated on as it will cause more pains is the pits!
