The moon was shinning bright last night even though its full on Sat. Should have shut my drapes but sometimes the moon can calm you. It helped me fall asleep. Had weird dreams though, must have been the nuts i ate in the evening. I got a good bit of work done at home, being careful of my back but its still sore. More work today since i have off again. Maybe work in the basement as its cooler there.

Drank morning coffee, read newspaper, check backie daily moanin. Yesterday was pretty good for the ole back. I worked all day and alternated the cold and heat. On a pain scale probably 1-2. Today looks to be a good day also. Last Monday and tuesday not so good. Well I am getting used to having good days and bad days. Top of the mornin to everyone and I am off to work.

I worked all day and alternated the cold and heat. On a pain scale probably 1-2. Today looks to be a good day also. Last Monday and tuesday not so good. Well I am getting used to having good days and bad days. Top of the mornin to everyone and I am off to work.

Had dentist appt today. Four fillings.

Go tomorrow am for the MRI of my neck. Fun fun

Pain has been tolerable today. I think the five shots of novicane probably helped too! lol.

Temp here is a high of 92 finally. It wasn't even 80 degrees at six thirty this am. What a nice change!! Maybe the heat wave is breaking? But am watching that tropical wave out there. WE need rain but please not that much! lol

Afternoon fenton. hope you had a good day at work. I got much work done at home and i'm tired. Walking up and down 3 flights of stairs manyy times is good exercise but tiring. We had a nasty thunderstorm earlier got 3 tenths of rain in a very short time. I don't have to water tonight. yeaaaa
Having pain levels in the 1-2 range is great, we can put up with that. Right. Have a good night, ~Deach~
