Slept okay with the AC on except i woke up and saw the window was open about 8 inches. Good it was about the same temp. outside. Not much on the slate today except work. Truck day, oh boy..

well it is friday.Thankfully I can sleep in tomorrow.
Had my MRI today. That was a good 40 minutes of my day. FUn Fun. now i just have to wait for the doctors office to call and say they have the results and schedule the appt.
So far today pain level is low. Temp is in mid 80s and things are looking good. Would like check to have been more but it is just enough so its good. A little cushion is always nice but not necessary. Lets just be thankful for what we do have. LIFE!
TMJ is flaring today though. should have known after dentist appt that it would. Its more of an ache than a pain though.
