Ouches, moan and groan, let it out, don't keep it bottled up.
I had a little mishap last night while taking Jerry out before bed. I was helping him down the front step and misstepped myself. Ended up falling into two planters and falling on the porch. Bruised my elbow and jarred my neck and shoulder which hurt some today. I had to clean a lot of potting soil up and i broke one of my fav. plant branches off. My Martha Wash. Geranium. Had a bit of time getting to sleep after the fall. But slept okay. Hope work is easy today. I would take off but big boses are coming in today for some reason and i should be there.

So Sorry you had a spill. I think a long hot epsom salt soak is in order.
Well the MRI results are in. No other damage to cervical but the Hypertrophy is worse and L4-5 is deffinetely herniated. Epidurals and continue current treatment seems to be the treatment plan. I actually get to see this doctor next wednesday. Deductible has been met so shots are 44 per shot. They didn't say how many. So I plan on taking a hundred with me and say this is all i got figure it out! lol.
still have alot of muscle weakness today. not sure why.
