I feel like all i have been doing is moaning. moaning moaning. I finally see the new pain management doctor on wednesday.

I have been able to reduce my lortab down to twice to three times a day instead of four times.little positive.

We went to the boat parade yesterday and my bottom and back are killing me from sitting so long and then walking so much. I knew better but was just enjoying myself so much that it didn't dawn on me to get up and stretch every once in a while.

Had my blood tested yesterday for the addisons disease... they used a butterfly needle and i still have a huge bruise.

well i will take my moaning little self off to get some work done hopefully.

Drank morning coffee, read newspaper, check backie daily moanin. Got some bad news my pain management doctor is leaving and going out of state. Thinking about trying to see a physiatrist and see if that will work better. I had a very painful night last night. Woke up twice with pain.
