Morning backie, another way hot day in this heatwave. Close to 100 yest. and should top it today or tomorrow. AC's are humming, hope the powergrid holds.
Sleeepings good as long as the Ac is on. Don't want to bake in my bed. LOL Many things are drying out because of the lack of rain. I need to carry water everyday for my garden. Good i didn't plant much this year. Waiting for my tomatoes to ripen. Back to work in the store, glad for the AC there. We were quite busy yest.
Hows that coffee Fenton?? mine is very good today.(island mix)

heatwave here too deach! back to work for me but i forgot my tens unit this morning and my ipod so im going crazy at work...i have an appt with my pain doc so im leaving 2 hrs early today...still haven't gotten the results of my ime from the orthopedic surgeon yet to see if i can go on comp leave...still having issues with my wrists...plus my back hurts really bad...dont have my meds with me either...everything is in my tens unit bag 
they still didnt get me a better chair at work & the one they gave me made my lower back so much worse than it was before...im to the point where the pain is going down my legs to my feet & i can barely walk...well i gotta get my butt back to work...even though there barely is any today...hope pain levels are low & stay cool!

Deach haven t had time to drink coffee. read the paper and barely check backie daily moanin. Been trying to find a pain doctor. my phys therapist suggest a physiatrist and found a promising lead today.

Hi Heidi, officially 102 here today and still 96 yikes. I had a loaner tens unit years ago, i should get my own now.
You gotta remember them meds and tens if you want to keep the pain away. Or keep some extra meds in your purse.
