Sleeping was good, a few weird dreams. Woke up with lower back sore, no mainly stiff and arthur of course. Not too bad though.
Got a few things done in the house yest. nothing done outside except watering the plants. Even had time for chest/arm exercising. Back exercise is on Sunday. May go to the farmers market today. I want to do my hedge this morning before the sun hits it. Still hot though. I'll do a quick job.
