Slept okay but had some disturbing dreams, plane crashes, me being sick and vomiting and others. Yikes hope i never see them again. Just a bit achy today. Lower back stiff and todays truck day, oh well. i have to run register anyway since one girl is out on vactation.

Oh my L4-5 is just killing me. It started yesterday afternoon and has continued nothing has helped. heat, cold, anti inflamatories, pain killers, nothing and now i am getting the shooting little nerve pains.

I have had WAY too many pain issues going on with fibro, nerve damage, broken C1, 3 arthritis, all the wonderful things that go with fibro!

NOW got Shingles...NEVER heard of them before ...never ever had a rash!!! OMG!!!!! I have had numerous issues over 20 years and now this!! What the Heck... What in the world have I done?

I feel awful.....I have all of the pain meds anyone could need...not touching it!!!

This summer is so very beautiful (from my bedroom window) I used to LOVE to go to the beach....and would still love to!!

Who knows if I can with shingles? Just try it for a little while ...I know how awful I will feel but do you think the sun will help or hurt????!!!!

I have been in this bed for weeks except for doctors appts. I can't take much more ...I am going crazy!!!

Someone help me decide which way to turn....I have no one to talk to (can ya tell?) sincerely miserable

I believe the heat has bad effects on you with the virus so stay in AC. Your right meds don't help it much but just hang in there til it runs its course. You've probably been through much worse. Have a good night, ~Deach~
