Morning backies, rain here this morning. it started early when i was sleeping, only one time did it wake me up. Maybe a spot of thunder. In the 70's now but going into the 80's. Big change from the hot days.
Sleeping well right now with less back pain at night. next day stiffness is the main prob. I'll live with it, i must. My big T or Tinnitus has been bad and very annoying when things are quiet. Another thing i live with everyday.
Thankful for this rain which is steady and soaking, hope we get enough. Hope you all have a good day, God bless, ~Deach~

Hey Deach,I thought I better check in before everyone forget's me!! My pain is not to bad today,of course I have not done anything. I never know when it will flare up. I don't sleep worth a crap,I try to lay in my bed but I only sleep about 1hr. there & the rest of the time in my recliner in living room. I know we need a new bed,everyone really goes on & on about the Temper-pedic bed. I layed on 1 once & I could not turn over,I layed on a bed, a Restonic with Latex. I just loved it,some day when we feel rich. Hard to do when you only have Iper's & SSD which will finaley start July14. It's been since Dec. I pray we get the retroactive pay since he filed in Dec.2009. Do you know anything about that Deach? Take care of your-self. God Bless,Pammy

Good Afternoon Pain Peeps, Raining & very humid in NE PA. Thank God, because we def. needed it!! But makes lumbar worse,of course good and bad with everything..
Now for more moaning after trying botox inj. twice, the first time I got some major relief no side affects worth mentioning , so about 6 wks ago had been inj. with more this time 3 vials, and it was like I had the flu. Could be coincedental , but will not take the chance again!! This Wed. monthly was up and I was looking to get off percs. cause they quit working, tolerance build I'm sure....Anywho got switched to Nucynta..... we shall see, Gotta be worth a try!
Not much on my agenda today...Gonna enjoy the cosyness a rainy day can bring..Well Deach and all enjoy th day the best ya'll can!!

Hi Pammy, good to see you post again. I hate those flare ups in pain as we all do. Don't know much about mattresses except what i heard from others. I have a 25 yo matt. Still works for me. Have a good day, ~Deach~

Hi Debi, yep we needed the rain down here near Reading also. Oh so dry. We got almost 2 in. No rain today though. Very nice, hope yurs is too, ~Deach~
