Morning backie buds, nice cooler morning in the 60's but going back up to around 90+.
I had a nice restful Sunday had a pretty good night, one odd dream which is fading from memory. Back to work 5 days str. Hope i hold together. Arthur is acting up more, just what i need.

it was already 82 at eight am here. Humidity hits you like a brick wall when you go outside. UGH! And i have to make my deliveries today.

L4-5 seems to be calming down finally. Lortab every six hours and mobic every eight hours. today its doable and i am at work. If you had asked me on saturday i would say i would be calling out on monday.

Must have been the night for odd dreams. I had some really bizare ones. I just blamed it on the benadryl though! lol.

Evening Erin, very hot and humid here today also. But we had thunderstorms move through and it cooled it off to the 70's. Back to the heat tomorrow. Hope that new doctor your have can get your pains settled down.
