Morning, a little cloudy and maybe rain this morning but otherwise hot again today.
Yep, another HHH a hard to breathe day. last few days its been a sort of congested days for me. Feel like i have a summer cold.My antihistimine's not helping much. Maybe its summer asthma. Slept pretty good, woke up to Reba singing in my dream. Not bad wake up.

hey deach...so far my morning sucks...im back hurts even more today & my feet burn so bad...i want a wheelchair & a new ergonomic chair at work but they're taking forever to get my chair at work...the one they gave me over a yr ago is a cheap piece of plastic & it's ruined my lower back...im still fighting for comp but also for my wrist...i wish i could sue the surgeon who did my ime to tell me flat out im insane...yeah whatever...i feel like going to a different er & having them admit me...my hips are out of alignment big time & my chiro didnt even say anything about it yesterday...my left side feels like its going to pop out of me completely and it hurts so bad...anyway i better go...gotta start work...hope i make it thru the day

Hey Heidi, hope you can make it thr. the day okay also. Glad i don't have to sit all day, i just couldn't do much over half hour. What about if you put a back pillow behind your back where you sit, maybe that will help. Have a good one, ~Deach~

Today is starve myself day number one. Lumbar epidural today at twelve forty five. gosh knows i need it. yesterday i couldn't get comfy and ended up with that restless can't stay still becase i am in pain energy. It was exhausting to say the least

I'm looking for a place to be honest about the pain. My family is wonderful but they don't have chronic pain and don't fully understand. And sometimes I need to just complain.
