have they checked L4-5 This is my exact pain. My hips burn down the side of my legs down my shins and into the tops of my feet. This was explained to me by my pain management doctor as being from the nerve directly related to L4-5.
I am so stiff today from the epidural shot. But hey i am taking stiff over pain! lol.
Today for me looks very buzy. No rest for the weary.
Grandma in law will be back down here indeffinetely fire and rescue picked her up yesterday her trailer was 96 degrees. they kept her in the hospital overnight until my father in law could get her. So i offered to take her to our house friday night through monday am. She may possibly go to the daycare with maggie one day a week as a helper.
My sister found a lump in her breast and will be going for an ultrasound today. I only found out about that today!!
My other sister's boyfriend was found unresponisve. He has had an on going drug problem with opiods and my sister thinks he took one of her ambien with the methadone he was on. I perferred when he was on suboxone but either way they don't mix. my mother was not very nice when she explained things to me saying she had my sister in the palm of her hand. GOSH she is just so manipulating!
Neither my mother nor my inlaws will be able to make it to Maggie's fifth birthday party. I just refused to change it to accomidate them. YOu can only have your birthday party on your actually birthday every so often. And you only turn FIVE once. I can't even believe my Baby is FIVE!!!
Work today has been really frustrating. And I have only been here for not even two hours!!!
just want to run away, bury my head in the sand and ignore it all. I am really really tired of the torentual downpour that seems to be my life lately!!!

Persistent mild degenerative disk and bony changes at L4-5, with a new tiny right foraminal disk protrusion which abuts the L4 nerve root, without gross displacement. Otherwise, the appearance of the lumbar spine is unchanged since prior exam.
the pain though has been worse over the past month or 2 though & i ended up in the er twice from feeling like i was on fire...and im working like that too...

THis is where your nerve pain is comming from
which abuts the L4 nerve root
If they won't do anything for you
Have you tried adding Lecithin and L-lysine supplements? They are for the memeranes and the brain and nervous system. I saw a dramatic decrease in my nerve pain from it.
Check out this site. Its awesome for this kind of interpretation.....http://www.chiromatrix.com/
Go to the bottom right hand side is 3-d spine and hit launch.
You both have a good evening, ~DeacH~
If you only want to try one i would start with lecithin. Its specifically for brain and nervous system. i took one capsule three times a day for the first week and then back down to morning and night. Sometimes if the nerve pain increases i take it three times a day again. Which i should start back up again speaking of as my area by my left eye was twitching something fearsome today.
I started the l-lysine after a series of canker sores i couldn't get rid of. I even had one on the roof of my mouth! Its more for the membrane health.
I also take an omega three six nine but you have to be sure you don't have any issues with that and it should be started by a doctor as it can lower your blood pressure too low.
ACK! pharmacy is right. between work and home! at work everyone knows i have just about everything in my drawer. Tylenol, tylenol arthritis, excedrin, excedrin migraine, excedrin tension headache, hydrogen peroxide, q-tips.you name it i probably have it! UGH!!
