Slept okay with windows open but it didn't do my sinuses any good. Really stuffed today. May be time for nasal sparys. Gone all week without celebrex and doing okay pain wise. Stomach better but not healed yet. Watching what i eat and not overeating, even lost a few lbs. Working later today, have to get gas and maybe hit the farmers market again.

I guess its technically sunday already as it is two thirty am but hey I am awake for the third night in a row at this time. Tonight I am trying two benadryls and another soma. My neck and shoulder are all bunched up. We went swimming today and i may have over done it.
