Ouches, moan and groan, let it out, don't keep it bottled up.
Sinus headache and nose trouble, it is the start of my seasonal probs. Now i'll have to watch my exposure to triggers, especially womens perfumes, magazine ink. etc. Took my A.histimine last night so slep til dawn. AC was on, air quality just isn't up to snuff around here esp. on weekends when some burn them outside burners. We also had a skunk around the neighborhood. yikes
I've been working minimum 30hrs. for now. It helps to rest more. Working 2 days then a day off. Jerrys no so good today, i think his mind is going. Hes going on 16 now. I think Nov. is his BD

ewww skunk!! I haven't seen one out here in a long time. we had a bobcat not too long ago and some of the coyotes are getting to be a pest but then what do you expect when you live in the middle of nowhere like we do. LOL.
So today was a different back pain. it is now in the middle of my back. of course that is the one area we decided not to do an epidural as it is hypertrophy there and not something that the epidurals really could help. So i had ice on and off it all day today.
But i have made it twenty four hours in between doses and today i only took one at six instead of two. so maybe i can get off them for a bit anyway.
Maggie is watching Veggie Tales tonight again! Just love that! Tonight its about lying and how to tell the truth and how GOD always tells the Truth and wants us to as well. Its so cute to watch and she gets some good values instilled too!
