Dreamin the night away last night, must have been them PB cookies, yum. Did get a decent sleep tho. One neck cramp in the mornin hours. Tightness in neck muscles the cause, darn pillow. Otherwise not bad for the day. Not to mention sinuses.

Hi Deach,Been a while since I have been on,my son's have been home on & off over the last month.I am so proud of them,they cleaned out the whole garage. Then they did the basement & took 2 loads from there to the dump. Then they took some scrap iron we had(it was our old TV antenna that blew down with our huge every green tree that fell on the roof from very strong winds or a tail of a tornado!!!??) So thats whats been happening in my life,pain levels high most of the time. How are you doing? Take care,Pammy
